1.1. The Administration has the right to change the content of the rules without prior notice to the user.

1.2. By entering the Peshpa.eu server, the user accepts these rules and undertakes to comply with them.

1.3. Hindering the administration's work by frequently submitting unjustified complaints or creating unnecessary confusion is subject to punishment.

1.4. The Administration has the right to impose a penalty for something not covered in the rules if it deems it inconsistent with the principles.

1.5. Spreading false information about the server or the administration is strictly prohibited.

1.6. Repeated violation of server rules is subject to permanent ban.

1.7. The server is not affiliated with Mojang Synergies AB. (Server operator is not Mojang Synergies AB, not associated with Mojang Synergies AB and not supported by Mojang Synergies AB)

2.1. The use of any programs, modifications, or add-ons that provide an unfair advantage (so-called cheats) is strictly prohibited.

2.2. Cheating in any way, including exploiting game errors or bugs that lead to improper server operation or give an unfair advantage, is prohibited.

2.3. It is forbidden for server administration to use their rank and commands to gain an advantage over another user.

2.4. It is forbidden to own and use multiple accounts on the Peshpa.eu server on modes other than Duels and FFA. On other modes or when the main account is banned, multi-accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate loss of server access.

2.5. Deliberately giving away rank to achieve a high ranking is punishable and may result in stats being reset.

2.6. If an administrator has doubts about the fairness of any player's game, they have the right to check it using the AnyDesk program.

2.7. The player must follow the administration's instructions during the check; otherwise, lack of cooperation will result in a ban.

2.8. Logging out of the server during a check results in a ban.

2.9. The Administration has the right to issue a ban without the need for a check.

2.10. Cooperation with people using "cheats" is also subject to punishment.

2.11. Inciting the use of prohibited software or scripts is punishable.

2.12. Hacking into player accounts is strictly prohibited and results in a ban.

3.1. All users on the server are subject to netiquette rules.

3.2. Insulting any person, whether a player or an administration member, is prohibited.

3.3. Threats directed at any user are subject to severe punishment.

3.4. Spamming, inciting spam, flooding, or sending messages or requests that violate the rules is prohibited.

3.5. Promoting pornography, Nazism, Communism, and other ideologies that violate the rules is strictly prohibited.

3.6. All players are obliged to maintain combat hygiene during all encounters. This means adhering to the following rules:

a) Prohibition of 2v1 combat (and more against one): It is forbidden to attack a player who is already engaged in combat with another opponent if the number of attackers exceeds the number of defenders.

b) Prohibition of "free-hitting": It is not allowed to deal damage to a player who has no means of defense (e.g., is immobilized, unaware of danger, or occupied with another activity unrelated to combat). Before initiating combat, you must clearly declare your intention to fight your opponent, instead of rushing them without warning.

c) Prohibition of fleeing combat: A player who initiates combat or is attacked should fight to the end, unless both parties explicitly agree to cease it. Deliberately avoiding confrontation by fleeing the combat area is prohibited.

3.7. Voice chat on Feather Client is also subject to server rules.

3.8. Disseminating personal data of players and administration (including IP addresses) is strictly prohibited.

3.9. Inciting the violation of server rules is punishable.

3.10. Impersonating administration or a recognizable person may result in a ban.

3.11. Acting to the detriment of the server is punishable.

3.12. Trolling players and assisting in trolling is prohibited.

3.13. Hindering players' gameplay is strictly prohibited.

3.14. Arguing and provoking arguments is punishable.

4.1. Nicknames that are offensive, vulgar, violate the rules, or impersonate other players, administrators, or YouTubers are prohibited.

4.2. Skins that are non-compliant with the rules, vulgar, offensive, or suggest affiliation with extremist or political groups are strictly prohibited.

4.3. Capes that are non-compliant with the rules are strictly prohibited.

5.1. Trading in-game items for real currency is strictly prohibited and subject to punishment.

5.2. Advertising Minecraft servers, websites, and projects unrelated to the server without administration's consent is strictly prohibited and results in loss of server access.
