1.1. The online store operating at peshpa.eu (hereinafter: "Store") offers virtual add-ons and services intended for use on the Minecraft server peshpa.eu (hereinafter: "Server").

1.2. The owner of the Server and the entity managing the Store is a natural person conducting an unregistered business activity (in accordance with Art. 5 of the Polish Act of March 6, 2018 – Entrepreneurs' Law), represented by the Server Administrator.

1.3. Contact with the Store Administrator takes place via email: [email protected] or through the project's official Discord server.

1.4. By making any purchases in the Store, the user accepts the provisions of these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1.5. The entity responsible for processing payment transactions, billing, and digital distribution as the Merchant of Record is Tebex Limited, based in the United Kingdom. Transactions are also subject to the terms and conditions of the Tebex platform.

2.1. The subject of sale in the Store is virtual goods and digital services (such as ranks, keys, virtual currency) used exclusively within the Minecraft game environment on the Server peshpa.eu.

2.2. Purchased digital assets hold no real-world material or financial value, and they are not exchangeable for real-world currency or transferable to other players' accounts (unless otherwise decided by the Administrator).

2.3. In order to complete an order, the user is required to provide a valid Minecraft username (to deliver the item) and an email address (to send the transaction confirmation).

2.4. Order fulfillment is automated and occurs immediately after the payment is cleared by the Tebex payment system (standard waiting time is 5 to 15 minutes).

3.1. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal: In accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal from a distance contract within 14 days does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and their acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

3.2. By confirming the purchase, the Buyer gives their express consent to the immediate delivery of the purchased digital service (rank/virtual currency) on the Server before the expiration of the 14-day withdrawal period, and acknowledges that this results in the loss of the right to demand a refund (chargeback/refund).

3.3. In the event of a technical error preventing the automatic delivery of the purchased service, the user should report this issue to the Administrator by sending an email to [email protected] or using the ticket system on the Discord server.

3.4. A valid complaint should contain the Minecraft username, the email address used during the payment, and the transaction ID provided by the Tebex system. The Administrator undertakes to resolve the complaint within 14 business days.

4.1. Every player using the Server peshpa.eu is strictly required to comply with the Server Rules.

4.2. Owning a purchased service (rank, currency) does not exempt the player from liability for breaking the game rules.

4.3. In the event of a punishment being imposed on the player's account (e.g., temporary suspension, mute, or permanent ban) for cheating or inappropriate behavior, the purchased virtual services are non-refundable, non-compensable, and cannot be transferred to another account.

5.1. The controller of personal data collected on the peshpa.eu website is the Server Administrator.

5.2. The Store processes only the necessary user data, which includes: Minecraft username (to fulfill the order) and email address (to send the purchase confirmation).

5.3. This data is transferred via the store platform's API to Tebex Limited in order to finalize the payment and generate a proof of purchase. The Administrator does not sell or share data with other third parties for marketing purposes.

5.4. The legal basis for processing personal data is the necessity for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party (Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).

5.5. The peshpa.eu website does not use marketing, tracking, or analytical cookies from third-party entities.
