The Peshpa Staff Team is the heart and brain of our server - a group of enthusiasts who ensure order, development, and a positive atmosphere on peshpa.eu and our Discord server. These are the people who dedicate their time and energy every day to make sure every player feels welcome here.

Due to the dynamic growth of the server and our desire to further improve its quality, we are opening recruitment! We are looking for engaged and responsible individuals who want to actively contribute to the Peshpa community and join our ranks in the following positions: Graphic Designer, Builder, Helper, and Discord Moderator.

Who are we looking for? Job descriptions and requirements

We are looking for individuals who identify with our community's values: a positive attitude, a willingness to help, and commitment. Below you will find descriptions of the specific roles we want to fill, along with the requirements you must meet to apply.

Helper

Helpers are often the first point of contact for new players and support for the entire in-game community. Their main task is to help solve problems, answer questions, maintain chat order, and create a friendly atmosphere on the server.

Requirements for the Helper position:

• Good reputation on the server.
• Good knowledge of spelling and grammar.
• Possession of a microphone (to pass the second stage of the application - a phone microphone is acceptable).
• Possession of a Minecraft Premium account.
• Minimum one and a half hours of free time per week.
• Willingness to help other players.
• Minimum 13 years old.

Discord Moderator

Discord Moderators are responsible for maintaining order, security, and a positive atmosphere on our official Discord server. They ensure compliance with the rules, help users, and serve as an active voice of the administration in the Discord community.

Requirements for the Discord Moderator position:

• Good reputation on the Discord/Minecraft server.
• Good knowledge of Polish and English.
• Possession of a microphone and appropriate equipment.
• Minimum one and a half hours of free time per week.
• Minimum 13 years old and at least 2 years of experience with the Discord platform.
• Visible activity on the Discord server.

Graphic Designer

A Graphic Designer is the artist on the team, responsible for creating all kinds of promotional graphics, thumbnails, banners, or visual elements for the server and Discord.

Requirements for the Graphic Designer position:

• Good reputation on the server.
• Good knowledge of spelling and grammar.
• Possession of a microphone (to pass the second stage of the application - a phone microphone is acceptable).
• Minimum one and a half hours of free time per week.
• Minimum 13 years old.
• Experience as a graphic designer and a portfolio or work examples.

Builder

A Builder is the creative architect of the server, creating new, impressive structures, arenas, lobbies, or decorations that enrich the world of Peshpa.

Requirements for the Builder position:

• Good reputation on the server.
• Good knowledge of spelling and grammar.
• Possession of a microphone (to pass the second stage of the application - a phone microphone is acceptable).
• Minimum one and a half hours of free time per week.
• Minimum 13 years old.
• Building skills and a desire to create new, creative projects.

To apply, you must join our Discord server (if you are not already on it). On the server, you will find a special channel or system for submitting applications for specific positions. Make sure your application is carefully written, contains all required information, and thoroughly explains why you should join our team and for which position you are applying.

Each application is thoroughly analyzed by members of the administration. Individuals who meet the requirements and stand out with a positive attitude and appropriate skills will be invited to further recruitment stages, which may include a voice interview or a practical test (especially for Graphic Designers and Builders).
